Gregory County is located in south central South Dakota.
From I-29, take the exit at Vermillion, and continue west along Highways 50 and 18. When you cross the Missouri River at Pickstown, you're here!
From I-90, turn south at the Gregory/Winner exit; stay on Highway 47.
From the Black Hills, you can take Highway 44 or Highway 18. Either way has fabulous scenery. Highway 44 will take you closer to the Badlands, and Highway 18 crosses the Pine Ridge and Rosebud Indian Reservations. Both highways meet up west of Gregory County at Winner, SD. From Winner,
~Follow Hwy 44 for beautiful River Hills scenery and cross the Missouri at the Platte-Winner Bridge.

~Take Hwy 18 to visit our local towns and cross the Missouri at the Fort Randall Dam.
